In the afternoon, coffee and homemade cake are very much part of the ritual. But so is a taste of Italy, with focaccia and pinsa, alongside traditional South Tyrolean specialities such as speck and fine local cheeses. With our bistro concept, we serve cold dishes and carefully selected regional delicacies until 6.30 pm.
Pair your choice with a glass of wine or an aperitif to celebrate the day. And if the evening stretches a little longer, our 24-hour Trust Bar remains open, offering a selection of drinks for self-service.
