• Safety: Anyone who knows us can testify to the fact that we are always careful and caring in everything we do. That's why we've implemented all the necessary safety and hygiene measures, to ensure you enjoy a carefree holiday.

• Cancellation: For cancellations for other reasons, the general cancellation conditions apply:
  • Up to 21 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 21 days to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • 14 days to 5 days: 80% of the total price
  • Before 5 days or in case of late arrival/early departure: 100% of the daily rate
  • In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price
